Lecture "How not to make mistakes when buying art" within the project "Art & Law"

"Art and Law" is a partnership project of the Bereznitsky Art Foundation and the Asters law firm, which is designed to give impetus to the development of the legal culture of the Ukrainian art market and protect the rights of all its participants.

The first lecture - "How not to make mistakes when buying art" took place on Thursday, October 22, 2020, at 18:00.

At the introductory lecture, Oleksandr Onufrienko, a partner of the international law firm "Asters", spoke about the peculiarities of the legal organization of relations between the gallery and the artist, and also outlined the range of problematic legal issues that arise for workers in the field of culture and art.
